Buyingproxy is not responsible or liable for:

• Any damages, losses, or claims resulting from how you choose to use the proxies
• Consequences arising from your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party policy
• Content accessed, collected, or transmitted via our services

5. Payments & Refunds

Access to Buyingproxy services is provided on a prepaid basis. Pricing, available packages, and payment methods are displayed on our website or dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the purchase page, all payments are non-refundable. Proxy bandwidth does not expire. You are responsible for reviewing pricing and terms prior to each purchase.

6. Service Availability
