1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Buyingproxy operates under a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing any proxy bandwidth, credits, or related services from Buyingproxy, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

This applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Deciding not to use the service
  • Misconfiguration on your own software, bots, or tools
  • Inability to achieve your desired results on third-party websites or platforms
  • Account closure due to violation of our Terms of Service

2. Nature of Digital & Network Services

When you purchase proxy bandwidth from Buyingproxy, you are gaining access to a consumable, digital networking service. Once bandwidth is added to your account and credentials are available, the service is considered delivered.

Because of the technical characteristics of proxy connectivity, it is not possible to “return” used or unused bandwidth in the same way as a physical product. For this reason, we do not provide refunds or partial refunds on any purchased bandwidth.

3. Service Availability & Performance

Buyingproxy is committed to providing a high-quality residential proxy network. However, the performance of our service may be influenced by factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Rate limits, bans, or blocks imposed by destination websites
  • Your own software configuration, code, tools, and automation logic
  • Local network issues on your side (ISP problems, firewalls, etc.)
  • Third-party platform policies (social networks, e-commerce sites, etc.)

Because these external factors cannot be controlled by Buyingproxy, no refunds are issued for connection failures, blocks, or any results that do not meet your expectations on third-party platforms.

4. Testing Before Committing to Larger Volumes

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Start with smaller bandwidth packages before purchasing in bulk
  • Test with their own tools, scripts, and target websites
  • Verify compatibility with their specific use cases and infrastructure

Choosing to proceed with a larger order after initial testing is entirely at your own discretion. No refunds will be granted if future results differ from your earlier tests or expectations.

5. Account Suspension for Misuse

If your account is suspended or restricted due to violations of our Terms of Service, abuse of the network, or illegal activities, you are not entitled to any refund or credit for remaining bandwidth.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the service is lawful and compliant with our policies and with all applicable laws.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Because our service is a delivered digital/network product, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not change the nature of our no-refund policy.

We reserve the right to respond to chargebacks with evidence of delivery and usage, and to restrict future access to the service for accounts involved in payment disputes, at our sole discretion.

7. Legal Rights & Local Regulations

This Refund Policy is intended to be as strict as possible regarding refunds, with no refunds under any circumstance, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive any rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your jurisdiction. If any part of this Policy is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full force and effect.
